My Reason
One of the reasons that I came to the University of Kentucky is because of its engineering program. Some of the majors that make up the college of engineering are Mechanical, mining, and electrical engineering, among many others. The major that I am currently studying in is Computer Engineering, which is an extremely important field that should always be a choice at a university. Many students have declared it as their major and the job outlook for people with the major is relatively high.

Computer Engineering is a major that draws on the aspects of other majors because of the wide area that it covers. There are classes from the Electrical Engineering field and the Computer Science field that a computer engineer would need in order to graduate. One of those classes is one that I am enrolled in: CS 115. This class is a programming class that teaches the basics of the programming language Python. Another class that I am enrolled in is EE 101, which is for both Electrical and Computer Engineers.
